I was studing molecular biotechnology (I got test tomorrow) and all day a long I was asking myself “Why? Freaking why I study this thing - to me (the biology and chemistry teacher) I can’t use this sh*t in future. I don’t go in 8 grade and tell my pupils “Today we talk EcoKMcrBC and type IV restricates(?)!”.
But then I saw this video and then I understand (and membered) why I study this stuff:
